Business Accomplishments 🏆
Achievements, Special Projects, Business Affiliations
Emily is a consummate professional in her field of market research. As a Senior Research Analyst at Drive Research, Emily manages major client accounts and research projects. Her clients describe her as responsive, professional, enthusiastic, and caring.
Although her role is heavily-geared to market research (writing surveys, facilitating research interviews, moderating focus groups, analyzing data, extracting insights), she is viewed as so much more to her peers, colleagues, clients, and friends.
She is considered a trustworthy advisor, consultant, and role model for young and emerging female leaders in Central New York. She is wise well beyond her years and continues to pay it forward in both business and in her community.

These leadership skills echo in her day-to-day conversations with colleagues and clients.
Emily has the most incredible work ethic of any individual I've worked with in 15+ years across five companies.
She will stop at nothing to create happy clients, including sacrifices in the early mornings, evenings, and weekends, putting others' goals ahead of her own.
I have worked with Emily as her Manager at two separate market research companies here in Syracuse. When I started Drive Research in 2016, and the business snowballed, Emily expressed interest in the Research Analyst position in early-2017.
I never doubted she was the perfect fit. Emily stepped up to the challenge immediately and has contributed immensely to our growth story from being a 1-person shop in 2016 to a small business that now employs over ten team members in Syracuse and Milwaukee, on pace to meet a $1+ million revenue target in 2020.
Emily was quickly promoted to Senior Research Analyst in just 18 months at Drive Research in 2018, which points to the impact she has made on our local small business.
Her expertise has contributed to our ability to land major national accounts such as Dell, Apple, Google, Amazon, Kohl's, Dunkin', P&G, and Samsung.
Her contributions in market research have also provided insights to a wealth of regional brands such as:
- NBT Bank
- Syracuse University
- National Grid
- VIP Structures
- Community Bank
- Empower
- The United Way of CNY
- Hazlitt Vineyards
Her market research insights and analysis have directly helped these brands further grow their business, enabling each organization to further their unique mission.
The 2020 CNY 40 Under 40 event is the fourth year in a row I have been fortunate enough to judge. I was also privileged to be a 40 Under 40 Winner in 2013.
Over the years, I have heard and read the stories of many outstanding young community members we have in CNY that make an impact.
I can say, without a doubt, Emily belongs in this class of prestigious winners.
Her contributions to our business, our clients' businesses, and the community are immeasurable. Which coming from an analytics company is saying a lot.
